1. Overview
To Infinity Co., Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how Flinzy Photobooth handles your information.
2. Data Collection
We do not require account creation. All photos stay on your device unless you choose to share them to your Photo Wall.
- Photos: Local storage only.
- Ads: Generic interaction data via Google AdMob.
- Location: Optional and used only for photo metadata.
3. Photo Wall (UGC)
Uploading to a Photo Wall generates a public URL. Metadata and the image are stored on our secure servers to enable web viewing and comments.
4. Sharing and Social Media
When you share a photo from the app, it is handed to your device's own share sheet and sent wherever you choose. We do not post on your behalf, and Flinzy has no access to your social media accounts.
We operate our own social media accounts and publish our own marketing material to them. That material never contains your photos or personal information unless you have given us separate, explicit permission.
5. How Long We Keep Data
Photos kept on your device are under your control and are removed when you delete them or uninstall the app. Photos you upload to a Photo Wall, and the event they belong to, are stored on our servers for as long as the event remains available, so that guests can continue to view and download them. You can ask us to delete an event and its photos at any time.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@toinfinity.co.kr and we will respond within 30 days. Because the app requires no account, most people have no stored personal information with us beyond the events and photos they have chosen to upload.
